Garage Signs 9,023-SF Lease at Flatiron Corner in Manhattan

Canadian fashion retailer Garage has signed a lease for a 9,023-square-foot corner space at 160 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, marking the brand’s second New York City location. The store will occupy the high-profile corner of Fifth Avenue and West 21st Street within the RFR-owned property.

The deal adds a younger apparel tenant to the Flatiron retail corridor, where brands continue targeting highly visible corner locations with strong pedestrian traffic and proximity to Madison Square Park, Union Square and major transit connections.
