Forage Kitchen, a health food concept, opens Feb 1st in Milwaukee's Third Ward

Forage Kitchen will open at the Milwaukee Public Market in the city's Third Ward on Saturday, February 1st. The menu focuses on nutritious options such as specialty salads, soups, grain bowls and wraps. There are currently nine Forage Kitchens in the U.S., and with the exception of one unit in Champaign, Illinois, all are in the state of Wisconsin.
