Ghee Indian Kitchen expands to Wynwood

Ghee Indian Kitchen, the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Indian restaurant from FEAL Hospitality, has opened a new location in Wynwood, marking the first step in its national expansion. Following the success of its Dadeland outpost, Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed Alkassar are bringing their farm-to-table approach to Miami’s arts district, with Atlanta next on the horizon.

The 120-seat space offers a mix of signature dishes and new additions, including mushroom momos, biryani, and a dedicated kebab section. For the first time, Ghee features a full cocktail program, highlighting spice-infused creations like the Golden Thread, a saffron vodka sour, and the Mood Ring, a color-changing Collins. Designed by Hybrid Creative, the restaurant’s vibrant interior includes bespoke Indian furnishings and an elephant mural by Miami artist Matthew Herget, symbolizing Ghee’s evolution.

With this expansion, FEAL Hospitality—the team behind Erba, NiMo, and Paya—continues to blend authentic flavors with modern hospitality, proving that Indian cuisine can be both rooted in tradition and scalable for growth.
