Rosemary's brings its beloved Italian fare to Wynwood

After years of success in New York City, Rosemary’s, the neighborhood Italian restaurant from Carlos Suarez’s Casa Nela Hospitality Group, has officially opened in Wynwood. Inspired by Suarez’s Miami roots, the 7,000-square-foot space blends indoor and outdoor dining, featuring lush gardens designed in partnership with Little River Cooperative to supply fresh ingredients for the menu.

Helmed by executive chef Craig Giunta (formerly of Macchialina and Mother Wolf), the menu highlights housemade pastas, seafood, and locally sourced produce, with Miami exclusives like bluefin tuna crudo, Florida rock shrimp linguine, and porchetta with Calabrian date hot sauce. Signature touches include rosemary-infused water, rosemary focaccia, and a curated selection of classic Italian desserts.

Suarez, who grew up in Coral Gables, sees Wynwood as the perfect home for Rosemary’s first Miami outpost, embracing a laid-back yet high-quality approach to dining. The restaurant, located at 322 NW 25th St., is open 5-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 5-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, welcoming guests to experience thoughtfully sourced Italian cuisine in a warm, garden-filled setting.
