Henderson Avenue Project Lands Alberta Boot Co., Cody & Sioux, Ariat, and More

A new 161,000-square-foot mixed-use development on Henderson Avenue continues to build out its tenant roster with several brands making their first U.S., Texas, or North Texas locations.

New additions include Alberta Boot Co. and Cody & Sioux, both opening their first U.S. stores, along with Texas debuts from Cami, Guizio, Jean Dousset, and Margaux. The project will also include Ariat, Sway Wellness, PopUp Bagels, Rag & Bone, and Salt & Straw.

Spanning a quarter-mile stretch between Glencoe Street and McMillan Avenue, the development will feature approximately 75,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of restaurant space, and 74,000 square feet of office space, with completion expected later this year.
