“The luxury retailers and contemporary brands are experiencing the most success here due to the high-income demographics of the trade area and the quality of all the co-tenants in the neighborhood. We actually have very few vacancies at street level exist now. For the upper level vacancies, I think destination stores, high-end service providers and one or two more restaurants would be the best fit for this neighborhood at this time.”
