New Retail Development Approved for Oak Street

By Brandmarch1 min read

The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a new retail development at 107–109 E. Oak Street, combining two properties into a four-story, 67-foot-tall, 8,480-square-foot retail building.

Led by the family behind Razny Jewelers and designed by Koru Group, the project will accommodate two retail tenants centered around a three-story atrium. Razny will occupy the eastern half of the first two floors and the entire third floor, while a second retailer will occupy the western portion of the ground and second levels.

The redevelopment will also include a dedicated two-story Rolex boutique, bridal showroom, event space, and a small rooftop deck, further expanding the luxury retail presence along Chicago’s Oak Street corridor.
