Madewell Expands with New Stores in Sag Harbor, Greenwich, and Oregon
Madewell is continuing its retail expansion with three new store openings across Sag Harbor, Greenwich, and Bend, Oregon.
The brand will open its first-ever Sag Harbor location on May 20 at 102 Main Street, marking its fourth Long Island store and first neighborhood-format location in the market. In Connecticut, Madewell is opening a new dual-concept store on Greenwich Avenue on June 10, followed by its first dual-concept location in Oregon on June 24 at 520 SW Powerhouse Drive in Bend.
The expansion reflects continued demand for denim and lifestyle apparel brands in high-income suburban and lifestyle-oriented markets, particularly in walkable downtowns and mixed-use retail environments.
Madewell now operates nearly 150 stores nationwide, with recent growth focused on markets that combine tourism, residential density, and established retail traffic.
