Michelin-Starred chef opens restaurant with only two items on the menu in Larimer Square

A new burger joint with a minimalist twist has arrived in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood. NADC Burger, co-founded by Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee and pro skateboarder Neen Williams, has opened at 1441 Larimer St., serving just two menu items: burgers and fries.
Embracing a laid-back, no-frills concept, the shop offers golden fries with an optional “Beast Mode” upgrade, adding cheese, pickles, jalapeños, special sauce, and seasoning. Open daily from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, NADC Burger is one of two ventures from Scratch Restaurants Group in Larimer Square, with the team set to debut Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, an intimate 10-seat omakase experience, later this year.
