Monos Signs Lease for New Retail Space in Chicago’s Fulton Market
Travel lifestyle brand Monos has announced plans to open a new store in Chicago’s Fulton Market district. Located on the ground floor of The Dylan at 160 N. Morgan St., the store is set to launch in the spring.
Founded in 2018 as a direct-to-consumer brand, Monos ventured into physical retail with pop-ups in 2022 and debuted its flagship store in Vancouver in 2023. The Dylan, a 30-story mixed-use development by Sterling Bay in collaboration with Ascentris and CIBC Bank, was completed in October 2023 and boasts a 97 percent occupancy rate.
Monos was represented in the lease negotiations by Phil Golding, Todd Siegel, Kim Wiskup, and Gianna Bianconi of CBRE.
