Newbury Street Luxury Retail Properties Trade for $113.5M in Boston

By Brandmarch1 min read

ASG Equities, owned by the Gindi family, has sold two luxury retail properties on Newbury Street in Boston for a combined $113.5 million. The assets were acquired by a joint venture of Acadia Realty Trust and Osiris Ventures.

The portfolio includes:

4–6 Newbury Street (approx. 10,000 SF), home to Boston’s only Chanel boutique

28 Newbury Street (approx. 19,000 SF), fully occupied by New England’s only Cartier location

Both properties are fully leased by high-end tenants, reinforcing the strength of Newbury Street as one of the country’s more established luxury retail corridors. The submarket continues to operate with low vacancy and limited supply, supporting sustained demand from both tenants and investors.

The transaction reflects a broader pattern: institutional capital continues to concentrate in fully occupied, high-quality retail assets in supply-constrained urban markets.
