Raising Cane's set to open in Fulton Market

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is expanding in Chicago, with plans to take over the former Little Goat Diner location at 820 W. Randolph St. in Fulton Market. Licensing applications have been submitted, and the property’s leasing firm now lists the deal as finalized.

This will be at least the fifth Raising Cane’s in Chicago, joining locations in Millennium Park, Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, and near Loyola University, with more on the way. Known for its simple menu of chicken fingers, fries, and Texas toast, the chain’s arrival brings a fast-casual shift to Fulton Market’s upscale dining scene, catering to the neighborhood’s growing residential population.
