SoHo Continues to Attract Fashion Retail Expansion for Denim-Focused Brands
Two notable apparel brands are expanding their presence in SoHo, reinforcing the corridor’s position as one of the country's premier shopping districts.
Abercrombie & Fitch recently opened a new three-story flagship at 520 Broadway, introducing its new "Heritage Meets Modern" store concept and relocating from its previous SoHo location nearby. Later this month, sister brand Hollister is set to take over Abercrombie’s former space at 547 Broadway.
The activity comes as brands continue to prioritize flagship locations in high-traffic urban corridors, with SoHo remaining a key destination for retailers looking to strengthen visibility, showcase new concepts, and connect with consumers in person.
