Zara Expands Men’s Concept with Spring Street Opening in SoHo

Zara has opened a dedicated men’s store on Spring Street in SoHo, further segmenting its merchandising strategy within one of Manhattan’s most competitive retail corridors. The concept builds on the brand’s existing ~47,000-sq-ft flagship at 503–511 Broadway, a three-level store spanning the full apparel assortment.

The move reflects continued demand for category-specific flagships in high-traffic urban corridors, where brands are optimizing large footprints by separating concepts and driving more targeted in-store experiences within prime SoHo retail real estate.
