The Gallery, an immersive art dining experience, debuts late Feb in Downtown L.A.

A former 7,600-s.f. bar space in 330 West Olympic Boulevard has been transformed into an interactive five-course dining experience called The Gallery, which will debut February 28th. The immersive art show that corresponds with the meal is called Elementa, and diners are surrounded with images and music that embody the elements of earth, water, air, fire and the mysterious fifth element known as the aether. Tickets for the two-hour long experience vary from $175- to $200 per person, depending on the date and time. The Gallery expects to present new themed immersive dining experiences every three months.
