The View reopens in Times Square with revamped rotating dining experience

New York City’s only revolving restaurant, The View, is back in motion atop the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square after a five-year closure. Reimagined by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and Rockwell Group, the two-story venue now offers an elevated supper club experience, blending classic chophouse elegance with Broadway-inspired design.
The 48th-floor bar and lounge completes a full 360-degree rotation every 45 minutes, while the 47th-floor dining room turns once per hour, offering stunning skyline views. Featuring moody lighting, plush velvet drapery, and vintage accents, The View delivers an elevated take on American cuisine, creating the perfect setting for a night out in the heart of the Theater District.
