Top three available retail sites in Downtown Birmingham, Michigan

Cynthia Kratchman, Brandmarch Local Expert for Downtown Birmingham, Michigan, shares her own personal insights into the top three available retail spaces in her district:
1) 214 West Maple Road. 11,832 s.f. Space was previously an Anthropologie. Inline space. $60/sq. ft.
"The space is across the street from West Elm, and steps away from an Eileen Fisher store that opened last year. It is in a prime section of downtown Birmingham, and it is highly visible.”
2) 479 South Old Woodward Avenue. This is a new construction building offering two spaces that are 1,047 s.f., and 4,737 s.f. Approximately $40/s.f.
“This space is ideal because it is right across the street from the newly constructed RH that is set to open in March and is creating a lot of buzz.”
3) 138 West Maple Road. Two levels: 12,050 s.f. on street level, and 1,113-s.f. on lower level. Space was previously an independent gift shop called “Suhm-Thing.” $100/s.f.
“This is just steps away from the main crux of the intersection that commands the highest rent in Downtown Birmingham. It is great real estate.”
