The 101,000 SF project will bring a bold new sports and social destination to DTLA, transforming the former Macy’s into a multi-level venue featuring 18 pickleball courts, 4 padel courts, golf simulators, soccer pitches, elevated dining and bars, and a dedicated recovery lounge.

This recognition showcases Ballers’ impact on the future of experiential retail in Los Angeles and beyond.
