The Shoppes at Old Webster is a Class-A mixed-use office and retail building located at 20 Allen Avenue in downtown Webster Groves, Missouri within the historic Old Webster Business District. The property combines retail and office space in a landmark location on the National Register of Historic Places, developed through a redevelopment agreement between the City of Webster Groves and Novus Development Company.
