We’re thrilled to welcome Madewell — including Madewell Men — to The Corners this Fall, marking the brand’s first dual men's and women's store in the region.

Exciting things happening at Corners of Brookfield!
Big changes are coming to The Corners of Brookfield. The popular 750,000-square-foot mixed-use center is revamping Market Street with new retail tenants, upgraded public spaces, and the closure of Silverspot Cinema, which will be repurposed later this year. Alo Yoga and a larger Evereve location are among the new brands coming, with construction expected to wrap by late summer.
Simultaneously, The Corners is expanding west with the West End development: a new mixed-use space featuring 278 apartments, 40,000 square feet of retail, wellness amenities, and a standout tenant to be announced. Construction starts in 2026, with phased completion through 2028. These bold updates reinforce The Corners’ evolution as a key lifestyle destination in Brookfield.
