About Hoka
Rapidly expanding global performance footwear brand seeking prime retail real estate to serve a passionate community of runners and movers. Hoka is actively pursuing a strategic site selection process to grow its direct-to-consumer footprint, targeting high-visibility street fronts, lifestyle centers, and premium mall inline spaces ranging from 1,500 to 4,200 square feet. Ideal locations position the brand alongside compatible co-tenants like Lululemon, Nike, Tecovas, and Sweetgreen, capitalizing on high foot traffic and an active, affluent demographic. As a coveted anchor tenant for modern retail developments, Hoka drives significant destination traffic through its immersive "community hub" store concepts, which feature 3D foot-scanning technology and localized run clubs. Landlords and Tenant Rep brokers should present opportunities that align with the brand’s mission of joyful performance and premium customer experience.
