Catch Hospitality Group to open Mediterranean restaurant in SoHo

Catch Hospitality Group, the team behind Catch and the Corner Store, is bringing a new Mediterranean restaurant to 450 W. Broadway in SoHo, taking over the former Chumley’s and Frog Club space. Slated to open in late 2025, the 75-seat restaurant will be led by Michelin-starred chef Nadav Greenberg, formerly of Shmoné.

Founded by Eugene Remm, Tilman Fertitta, and Mark Birnbaum, Catch Hospitality Group continues to expand, with recent openings in Miami and Dallas and an upcoming Scottsdale location. As SoHo’s dining scene evolves, this yet-to-be-named Mediterranean concept aims to bring a high-end culinary experience to one of New York’s premier neighborhoods.
