Grotto Social Baths, a luxe social bathhouse, will open in Wynwood district of Miami

Nathan Kaplan, a real estate developer and entrepreneur, has revealed plans for a contemporary social bathhouse in Wynwood. Slated to open this fall at 325 NW 28th St., the Grotto Social Baths will cover 7,500 s.f. of space, with 5,000 s.f. indoors and a 2,500-s.f. outdoor area featuring a juice and mocktail café. The wellness offerings will include saunas, a steam room and three different baths: a thermal pool, a mineral pool and a cold plunge. Additionally, the facility will provide meditation, breathwork, sauna rituals and leaf ceremonies. City Construction and FormGroup are managing the development.
