Javier's, the upscale Mexican restaurant, to open in Pasadena

Within the next few weeks, Javier's - the upscale Mexican restaurant with four other locations in Southern California, and one location in Las Vegas - will open a new 14,000-s.f. restaurant at 41 Hugus Alley in Pasadena, Calif. The location is within a bustling retail square called One Colorado, that has a pedestrian corridor directly off of Pasadena's foot traffic-heavy Colorado Blvd. Javier's is replacing Sage Regenerative Kitchen & Brewery, an L.A.-based vegan-friendly restaurant and bar that closed in January when its lease was up.
