Meet John Heffington

John Heffington joined SHOP Companies to lead the Austin office with a particular focus on urban infill and selected properties across the Austin market.

With 20 years in the real estate industry & 16 years as a broker, John brings a wealth of knowledge to every deal and is the go-to broker for many of Austin's fastest growing high streets and urban centers.

"Although Austin has grown tremendously over the last 15 years, Austin is still a small town and being embedded in the local real estate and owners's communities is still important."

John specializes in properties within the urban core, with a focus on Food & Beverage and entertainment clients.

"I helped Framebridge enter the Austin market over the last two years... Austin does not have many of the typical retail centers at which Framebridge typically likes to be a tenant. Instead, I was able to find them spots at two great small neighborhood centers (Jefferson Square and 701 South Lamar) and they have been happy with the performance and rollout in Austin."
