New Cole Haan store opened in NYC's Flatiron District on January 30th

On January 30, Cole Haan opened a 1,622-s.f. store at 142 Fifth Avenue in NYC's Flatiron District. The space showcases its new lifestyle concept, featuring casual and activewear products alongside its traditional footwear. This is the brand’s third NYC store and marks the beginning of an expansion plan, with six more stores expected this year. In the long term, Cole Haan aims to open up to 40 new stores across North America, targeting both high street and Class A mall spaces between 1,600-2,400 s.f., in prime urban and suburban locations.
