Check out the latest retail spaces that became available in the South Congress section of Austin, Texas:

1) 1204 South Congress, approximately 2,400 s.f. (former Outdoor Voices) Its co-tenants include Ganni, Moscot, Billy Reid and Jeni’s Ice Cream. It is a very attractive space located directly across from Hermes and Music Lane. Landlord is being extremely selective with whom goes into the space.

2) 2105 South Congress, approximately 21,000 s.f. It is a new project; the first new development on South Congress of any significant size since Music Lane. The project extends South Congress to the south by two blocks.
