Nintendo San Francisco store to open in Union Square this year

By mid to late 2025, San Francisco's Union Square will welcome the country's second Nintendo store, located at 331 Powell Street, next to the Westin St. Francis. The 10,000-s.f., two-story store will take over the former BCBG Max Azria space. This marks the first time in 20 years that Nintendo has opened a new U.S. location, with the original U.S. store having launched in May 2005 at Rockefeller Center in New York City. The Nintendo San Francisco store will feature a wide range of Nintendo video games and exclusive merchandise, such as apparel, hardware and accessories, as well as unique items like Super Mario plushies and Pokémon products.
