Rails is latest tenant announced for Ashwood 12 South development in Nashville

Rails, the L.A. clothing brand, will be one of the new tenants in the 116,500-s.f. Ashwood 12 South mixed-use development in the 12 South section of Nashville. The Rails store will be at 2212 12th Ave. S. Rails joins other previously announced tenants, such as Roark, Reformation, Todd Snyder, Kendra Scott and Birkenstock. The tenants are hoping to open in the development by early-to mid 2025.
