Sushi by Boū to bring speakeasy-style Omakase to Downtown Nashville
New York-based Sushi by Boū is set to open its first Nashville location inside Dream Nashville hotel on March 6. The 1,000-square-foot speakeasy-style omakase spot will feature a 14-seat sushi counter and a full liquor bar, offering an intimate and high-energy dining experience.
Guests can enjoy a 12-course omakase for $65 or opt for the “Boūgie” upgrade—a 17-course experience for $100—featuring salmon roe, miso cod, and unagi, paired with cocktails like the Yuzu Honey Bee and Shiso Southsider. With locations across five states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico, Sushi by Boū’s arrival further elevates Nashville’s growing culinary scene.
