Rowan

Rowan has redefined the ear-piercing category by merging medical safety with a celebratory retail experience, making it a critical "med-tail" anchor for Class A malls, lifestyle centers, and high-street corridors. By exclusively employing licensed nurses to perform piercings, Rowan attracts a premium demographic of families and Gen Z consumers, driving consistent, high-frequency foot traffic that traditional jewelry retailers struggle to capture. In 2025, the brand achieved a milestone revenue of $150 million, fueled by a strategic "Always Forward" expansion that successfully deployed over 100 studios nationwide. Rowan’s small-format footprint (800–1,500 SF) is optimized for high sales density and productivity, serving as an ideal co-tenant for beauty and wellness clusters. Landlords benefit from a recession-resilient tenant that combines essential services with high-margin jewelry sales, consistently outperforming the industry average for adverse reactions (less than 1%) and maintaining a market-leading position in safety and trust.
