Georgetown continues to see steady retail leasing activity, with several fashion, furniture, and food concepts opening or planning new locations along Wisconsin Avenue and M Street.

Recent openings include Frankies Bikinis at 1240 Wisconsin Ave. NW, marking the Malibu-based brand’s first Mid-Atlantic storefront, and American Vintage at 3122 M St. NW, bringing the French apparel brand to Georgetown.

Additional activity includes Sourced by Scottie opening its first permanent storefront at 3144 Dumbarton St. NW, while furniture retailer Thuma plans a new location at 3229 M St. NW, taking over a former FedEx space.
