Malibu-based lifestyle brand Frankies Bikinis has opened its first Mid-Atlantic location at 1238 Wisconsin Ave NW in Georgetown, taking a 1,482-sq-ft space within one of DC’s top retail corridors. The store carries the brand’s full assortment of swimwear, dresses and lifestyle apparel.

The lease was signed with EastBanc and Acadia Realty Trust, reinforcing continued demand for emerging, digitally native brands in Georgetown, where landlords are actively curating a mix of luxury and trend-driven tenants
